• More than 15 days before safari date: Up to 75% refund.
• 7 to 15 days before safari date: Up to 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before safari date: No refund.

Refund eligibility may vary depending upon permit status, operational expenses, and third-party service provider policies.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items may be non-refundable once processed:

• Forest Department permits.
• Government entry fees.
• Safari permit charges.
• Guide fees already allocated.
• Transaction processing charges.
• Services already rendered.

5. No Show Policy

No refund shall be provided if:

• The visitor fails to arrive on time.
• Incorrect booking details are provided.
• Required identification documents are not produced.
• Entry is denied due to violation of applicable rules.

6. Cancellation by Authorities

Safari operations are subject to Forest Department regulations, government directives, weather conditions, natural events, and operational restrictions.

If a safari is cancelled due to official authority decisions or circumstances beyond our control, refunds shall be processed only to the extent permitted by applicable authorities and service providers.

7. Wildlife Sighting Disclaimer

Wildlife sightings depend entirely upon natural conditions and animal movement.

• No wildlife sighting is guaranteed.
• We do not guarantee sightings of tigers, elephants, leopards, deer, birds, or any specific species.
• Non-sighting of wildlife shall not qualify for any refund or compensation.

8. Booking Modifications

Requests for date changes or booking modifications are subject to availability, Forest Department rules, operational feasibility, and applicable charges.

Modification requests cannot be guaranteed.

9. Third-Party Services
